Contemporary Chelsea Town House
Contemporary Chelsea Town House
This is the first of several properties designed by Hayley and her colleague James Page for this client. A contemporary and elegant family home, this house needed to be both practical and pretty. We gained space on the ground floor by converting the unused garage into a dining room off the kitchen and opening up the wall between the entrance and new dining area. Mirrors were successfully used to reflect light and add to the feeling of more space.
All building works were carried out by our trusted contractor, Karl Katavich and his team at KBS London Ltd.
Photography was taken by Anthony Wood, of Anthony Wood at Nettle Media.

Modernist Penthouse Apartment in Highgate
The internal design of this apartment was originally undertaken while Hayley worked for her previous employer, where she acted as Associate Designer.
A few years after this stage was completed, the client’s contacted Hayley Manning Interior Design to carry out the redesign of their roof terrace.
This included liaising with English Heritage, Haringey Council and various other organisations and specialists to ensure that the planning application made on the client’s behalf, was granted permission.
The result is a much more cool, comfortable and fun space to enjoy.
1930's Family Home in West London
1930's Family Home in West London
After suffering severe damage from a flood Hayley Manning Interior Design was called in to give suggestions to completely transform this family home.
A cohesive design was developed for this property using colour and texture. The result is a calm, contemporary and interesting interior.
The shopping lists provided the client’s with clear instructions on what, where and how to buy everything from sofa’s to lighting and fabrics to flooring.

In this compact house, the client wanted to create a more comfortable seating area in the living room and utilise the space in the master bedroom and study more effectively.
During the consultation, the client’s needs and ideas were discussed. Hayley Manning Interior Design looked at the various storage and layout options that would make the most of the spaces and also what colours and textures would work best.
The result was a cosy and contemporary feel for all of the rooms.

Beige is back with this project! Hayley and James are working together on this project as well. It’s shaping up to be a very cool and sleek design; very light beige, white and silver greys make up the backbone of the scheme for this house..
